Booking and Payment
- The number of guests listed in the booking confirmation must not be exceeded under any circumstances. If it exceeds the capacity mentioned in the booking confirmation, DubaiYachts.Com reserve the right to cancel the trip without any refund.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the management of DubaiYachts.Com
- A certain deposit or advance payment, as specified by DubaiYachts.Com, is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. And the remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled date and time.
Items Prohibited Onboard Yachts
For the safety and security of all guests and crew, we strictly PROHIBIT the following items onboard. Guests found onboard with any of the PROHIBITED items listed below may be subjected to immediate cancellation of the trip without any refund, and must be reported to the respective authorities.
Flammable Items:
- Fireworks, for example, crackers, poppers, and sparklers
- Dynamite, gun powder, or explosives
- Cooking oils
- Lighter or heater fuels, paint, and matchboxes
- Gas cartridges
- Camping stoves
- Batteries and battery-powered devices
- Insulated packaging containing refrigerated liquid nitrogen
- Liquid oxygen cylinders
- Cardiac pacemakers powered by lithium batteries
- Heat-producing appliances like underwater torches, soldering irons, etc.
- Electric lamps
Knives and Sharp Objects
- Sharp objects for chopping, such as axes, box cutters, and nail cutters
- Ice axes and ice picks.
- Razor blades
- Knives with blades of more than 6 cm
- Scissors with blades of more than 6 cm as measured from the fulcrum
- Martial arts equipment with a sharp point or sharp edge
- Swords and sabers.
Weaponry, ammunition, and explosives
- firearms of all types, such as pistols, revolvers, and shotguns.
- Explosives including munitions and ammunitions.
- Toy guns, replicas, and imitation firearms are capable of being mistaken for real weapons.
- Electroshock weapons containing dangerous explosives, compressed gases, lithium batteries, etc.
Chemical Substances
- Drugs and narcotic substances
- Poisonous gases such as
- Pepper spray
- Laughing gas
- Tear gas
- Acid sprays
- Animal repellent sprays
Miscellaneous Items
- Objectionable written materials, CDs, videos, or films, as well as religious propaganda
- Pirated video and audiotapes
Compliance with Captain/Crew Instructions
All guests must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by the captain and crew during the trip. Failure to follow the instructions may result in immediate cancellation of the trip without a refund.
Guests’ Responsibility for Yacht Condition
Guests are responsible for maintaining the yacht in its original condition throughout the trip. Any damages to the yacht or furnishings will be the sole responsibility of the guests. Hereby the guests agree to cover the full cost of repairs, or replacements in case of excessive wear and tear occurs.
Cancellation Terms
- DubaiYachts.Com holds the right to cancel the booking/trip immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the capacity mentioned in the booking or the maximum capacity of the yacht.
- Cancellations must be informed to DubaiYachts.Com officially via email.
- Cancellation fees may apply and will be determined by the DubaiYachts.Com team.
- DubaiYachts.Com holds the full right to proceed with the refund after cancellation.
Cancellation Periods:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours before the scheduled trip: 50% of the booking deposit will be retained by DubaiYachts.Com Company.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled trip: 100% of the booking deposit will be retained by DubaiYachts.Com Company.
Cancellation Procedure:
- Cancellations must be made by contacting our customer service team via email.
- The cancellation time will be determined based on the timestamp of the cancellation notice.
Not Arrival Policy:
Failure to Arrive:
- If the guest fails to arrive at the specified location for the scheduled trip, the booking will be considered a “no-show.”
No-Show Policy:
- For guests who do not arrive for the scheduled trip, 100% of the booking deposit will be retained by DubaiYachts.Com Company.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling Window:
- Guests are allowed to reschedule their booking outside the 72 hours before the scheduled trip.
Rescheduling Restrictions:
- Rescheduling is not permitted within 72 hours before the scheduled trip.
Rescheduling Procedure:
- Guests wishing to reschedule must contact our customer service team as early as possible.
DubaiYachts.Com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen weather conditions or any unfavorable circumstances. In such cases, your trip will be allocated for an alternative date, or a full refund will be offered.
Usage and Responsibilities
- The guests agree to use the yacht and its facilities responsibly and by all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- The guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment due to negligence or misconduct. Repair costs will be charged to the guest.
- DubaiYachts.Com reserves the right to terminate the trip/booking without any refund if the guest engages in illegal activities or conducts themselves in a manner that poses a risk to the yacht, crew, or other passengers.
Liability and Insurance
- DubaiYachts.Com holds comprehensive insurance coverage for its yachts; however, the personal belongings of guests are not covered. Guests are advised to arrange their own insurance for personal items.
- DubaiYachts.Com will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from activities, accidents, or incidents that occur during the cruising period.
Amendments and Modifications
- DubaiYachts.Com reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be applicable from the date of posting on the Dubai Yachts website.
- Amendments to existing bookings may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and Dubai Yachts’ approval.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of DubaiYachts.Com services, or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. By proceeding with a booking or using DubaiYachts.Com services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
